Our client, a well established main contractor based in Essex, has a new opportunity located on the Northants/Bucks border for a qualified Site Manager with proven experience.
You will be looking after the development of projects consisting of up to 10 residential high quality houses and managing teams of trades. Liaising with the Directors on a daily basis, you will oversee the complete project from start to finish and ensure the specifications are met on time and to budget.
Candidates must have proven experience in new build housing, managing a project from start to finish and a keen eye for detail. Also valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets. Telehandler operator tickets and experience would be preferable but not essential.
